The London clinic is led by Gerard Greene and a specialist team of physiotherapists with advanced expertise in male pelvic health. The team focuses on the assessment and treatment of complex conditions including male pelvic pain, pudendal neuralgia, athletic pelvic pain, hard flaccid syndrome and Peyronie’s disease, as well as urinary incontinence and erectile dysfunction following radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer.
You will be seen by a clinician who works extensively in male pelvic health and manages these conditions on a daily basis. This level of focused experience allows for a more accurate assessment, clearer explanations, and a structured plan tailored to your individual presentation.
The team is also actively involved in teaching and professional education, having delivered training for international physiotherapy organisations including the American, Japanese and South African Physiotherapy Associations, as well as teaching widely across the UK and Ireland. There is a strong commitment to improving awareness, access, and standards of care in men’s pelvic health, both for patients and clinicians.
The service has been developed in collaboration with leading clinicians in pelvic health and urology, and continues to evolve alongside current evidence and specialist practice.
